Women Start To Eliminate Toxin And Beautify The Skin From Breakfast

Just as a Chinese saying goes that "a day begins with a good start in the morning", women should start to eliminate toxin and beautify skin from breakfast.


AS long as you stick to the following toxin eliminating breakfast every day, clearing the toxin in the body and owning healthy and beautiful skin is just round the corner. The healthiest toxin eliminating breakfast: fruit + vegetables + sweet potato + rice


Here's the recipe: 1 portion of fruit + 2 portions of vegetables + 1 portion of sweet potato + 1 portion of rice. In other words, if we divide the breakfast into 5 equal portions, the proportion of fruit, vegetables, sweet potato and rice is 1:2:1:1.


Choose one kind of fruit
Preferable fruits include the apple, guava, banana, orange, pear and grape. There's one rule when you choose the fruit, that is, local fruits of the season which have abundant quantities.


Choose two kinds of vegetables
The vegetables are alkaline, therefore we need to have relatively more of them which is 2 portions. This can easily help achieve the acid base equilibrium.


When you're choosing the vegetables, focus primarily on four categories, which are the root, stem, flower and fruit. These four categories of vegetables have less agricultural chemicals, more mineral substance, and extraordinarily high energy too.
