2. Drink excessive soybean milk


Generally an adult should not drink over 500 grams of soybean milk at one time, and children cut down the amount accordingly. Drinking excess will cause the protein dyspepsia and abdominal distension etc.


3. Drink with raw eggs


The mucous protein in the egg can easily combine with trypsase in the soybean milk, producing the material which cannot be absorbed by the human body and then weakening the nutrition value.
